How we view our customers here at Diamond Press and Design

We are not doing him a favour by speaking to him.
He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so.

Here at Diamond Press and Design we genuinely care for our customers, and find it a great pleasure to get to know them as individuals as well as working alongside.  We came across this quote many years ago and feel it sums up our work culture here.

In this digital age it is all about technology, but here we still like the  interaction of dealing with our customers face to face or over the phone to make it much more of a personal approach.

We would like to think of ourselves as cheerful, courteous and respectful throughout the whole of our customer’s journey with us as we appreciate their business and want long term relationships.

Good customer service goes a long way and there is nothing more satisfying than a recommendation from our customers – I have worked here for over 15 years now and I am very lucky that I thoroughly enjoy my job. Part of that is the lovely customers I deal with on a day to day basis and many of them recommend me to other businesses because of the service we provide.
